Biofolic DHA contains combination of L-Mehtylfolate, DHA and methylcobalamin. L-Methylfolate is the predominant micro-nutrient form of folate that helps developing healthy brain and spinal cord. Methylcobalamin is an important form of Vitamin B 12 which helps the fetus to develop healthy neurons. Adequate intake of Methylcobalamin is especially important for the pregnant women, as a severe deficiency can have disastrous consequence on the development of the brain and retina during the second and third trimester of pregnancy.
