Description

how to use: One capsule daily (to be taken after the principal meal). The dose may be increased up to two capsules daily according to physician’s directions.
Ferrous Fumarate 350 mg (equivalent to 115.5 mg of elemental iron)
Cyanocobalamin 7.5 mcg
Folic acid 1 mg
Ascorbic Acid 150 mg
Manganese (as sulphate) 2.5 mg
Zinc (as sulphate) 7 mg.
