Description

It is used throughout pregnancy as women need to support their bones at this time due to hormonal changes
and the developing baby putting extra demands on nutrient stores. Calcium is important for men and women over 50 years, during pregnancy and breastfeeding, as well as during and after menopause therefore osteocare chewable provides calcium and vitamin d which are also needed for normal growth and development of bone in children.

Dosage

one tablet daily to be swallowed with water.
Composition

each tablet contains vitamin D3 10 ug,calcium 800 mg,magnesium 300 mg,zinc 10 mg
copper 1000 ug, manganese 0.5 mg, selenium 50 ug and boron 0.6 mg.
Side effects

constipation,and
