Description

Pseudoepherine has a direct and indirect sympathomimetic activity and is an effective upper respiratory tract. It acts on the alpha-adrenergic receptors in the mucosa of the respiratory system , causing vasoconstriction. The medication shrinks swollen mucous membranes; reduces tissue hyperemia,edema and nasal congestion; and increases airway patency.

paracetamol (acetaminophen )is an analgesic and antipyretic agent with negligible anti inflammatory properties and is proven to be effective for the temporary relief of minor aches and pains associated with commom cold , headache and reduction of fever. Chlorpheniramine maleate is an antihistamine used to relief common cold, cough, itchy throat/skin, allergy, kidney stones, acidity, hay fever, rhinitis,allergies due to food and running nose.
